Shipping Policy

Email Orders@AuragamiApparel.com with your order number, with any order questions.

 Please allow 2-5 days to receive your order. Tracking information is sent when shipping label is created. Contact us if your package hasn't arrived after a few weeks from getting notification.

 

Auragami is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen & lost packages are non-refundable.
